Role Overview:
The Private Equity Associate plays a key role in evaluating investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies. This position provides significant exposure to deal execution and strategic initiatives within the firm's core sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research.
• Assist in due diligence across operational, financial, and legal workstreams.
• Prepare investment committee materials and presentations.
• Support portfolio company initiatives, including growth strategies and operational improvements.
• Collaborate with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution.
Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or private equity.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
